- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have called repeatedly, on different days. I ask to get through to the appropriate department. It rings and rings. Finally a message, only in French, even though I've already selected English as the language I can most fully understand. Just a rapidly delivered message I cannot understand. Happens over and over. Also, when the hospital calls me, the leave a message spoken only in French delivered at racing speed. Today they called, asked for me, I said yes, that's me. Then she said, "Sorry, no"--and hung up.
