  We have 4 pets, who have all been seen at this clinic. I would have to agree with a previous reviewer about the $$$, every appointment we had, they were trying to sell us expensive accessories or food. Honestly, the vets were generally great but the vet techs and the receptionist were always so incredibly condescending. My husband got so angry once after having to wait close to 30 minutes for his bill (after they called him 20 mins late for his appt) but I urged him to give them another chance. So, I went in for a follow up with my two dogs and had to bring my son (who has autism) along with me. My son was having a difficult time settling when we entered and I was trying to control my two dogs (who were getting barked at) while trying to calm my son down. Three vet techs and no one offered to help. Ok, I can accept that but then the older receptionist, who always has a bit of an attitude gave me the *dirtiest* look and refused to even look in my direction when I needed assistance (check in for our appointment) after my son calmed down. That was it for me. After our appointment was done, I switched to a veterinary clinic that's 15 minutes further away but has much better customer service. If you treat me (and other people) that way, how can I trust you with my pets?
