  Some of the negative ratings I see here don't make sense, especially the ones that don't explain why they are unhappy. I am very satisfied with the service that I have gotten from staff. They helped me find the right food for my old cat and the groomer that I used was excellent. The products are good and not overpriced.

  Let me first start by saying the staff is very friendly and I blame them solely for none of the below. The manager on the other hand is an unprofessional ,sale pushing _______. When your business is pets should be a little more like your staff and show a little compassion and sympathy. Here's my story: 1st rat I bought ,I paid for to reserve the night before. When I got there to get him the next day I was told he had died. 2nd rat I bought was one of the 1st rats cage mates. So I paid for him and left... He seemed in good health but was sneezing a little. I thought it might have been new house sneezes. 3rd rat I bought was that rats cage mate too. They were both really loved by my family. The 3rd rat seemed sleepy and sat on my husband's shoulder for an hour ... The night before he died. And I had a good feeling he was going to pass away because that's how the 1sr rat was when I held him to the store. So now my 2nd rat is also again... And still sneezing. I go back to the store in hopes they have a new batch to pick from and they had one. So I bought him. My 4th rat. He and my second rat got along great and cuddled quickly. But hours later my second rat wasn't himself. Long story short... He died in my hands and it was quite unpleasant. I watched him struggle to breathe and what looked like choking. Now I have the fourth,who is constantly sneezing violently. Out of rage I wanted to bring him back to the store and leave but we've decided to love him and make his last few days comfortable and fun. I wanted a pair of rats for my family to love. I didn't want to be a Rat Paliative care for two weeks. I can not recommend anyone buy any living thing from this store. It would be advisable to become a decent pet food and accessory store first. Thanks again to the main two girls who served me.
