  I was here in August and was not impressed and would not return. The Dr seemed very shy and was not that forthcoming about my condition of my feet, basically told me what it was and gave me two options, pay $600.00 for orthodics or take a $70.00 cortisone shot and have relief right away. Not knowing anything about cortisone, I was slightly worried about how it would interac in my body. Again, I didn't get much info. While she was out of the room, I googled on my phone what it was and whether I should get it. I decided to go ahead, she blew cold air on my foot (kind of like the stuff you get for keyboards) and then put the needle in my foot! Oh my god......I had to tell her to slow down she was pushing it in way to quick and it seriously friggin hurt, if felt really thick and of course was going in just under my ankle. I was told not to do anything for a week because the cortisone weakens my tendons or something like that. Anyways, the cortisone worked thank god but now three months later it is killing me again. I have decided not to go to a french speaking clinic and will try a clinic in Ottawa to find the right treatment for me.
