- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪i had a vandalim done on my car in the middle of the night on a weekend. I called their office, they had no access to my file, and to rent a car was difficult. they called me a few times to come and sign papers within the hour ( but since i work, its hard!!) now i have been trying to call them to finish fixing my car, no responses. its just been a huge hasle. as soon as my car is 100% fixed, i am definately swithching and will gladly pay the extra to close my contract with them. !!! i am NOT a happy customer!!!by MORGAN BELLOSeptember 21, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are cheaper in some cases but when you need them you're pretty much left high and dry. Had an accident, and was pretty much left to fend for myself. Seems to be most people's experience on here. Update: now October 26th. Usual BS they owe me a check for the damages to my vehicle and all of a sudden they're MIA. According to Ms Morin's last email she was supposed to call me on the 20th. Still no response by phone or by email. Avoid this company if you value good business.
